Among the greatest challenges landlords face is advertising their properties, showing them to prospective tenants, qualifying tenants and preparing then necessary paperwork. ■ We advertise you property on our website, Zillow, Craigslist and on our list of available rental properties, exactly as we do for our full-service property management customers.

■ We show your property to prospective tenants and have them fill out our standard rental application.

■ We screen and qualify prospective tenants, conducting credit and employment check, exactly as outlined above.

■ We prepare and have tenants sign a comprehensive lease agreement and collect the first month’s rent and security deposit.

After that, all you need to do is maintain the property and collect the monthly rent.

How Much?

Our Leasing Agent Only service is $600 or one half the monthly rent, whichever is greater.
